1. What ONYATRIPS Is (and Is Not)

ONYATRIPS is an exploration network that helps users:

• Discover destinations, experiences, events, and routes
• Connect with other people based on shared intent, vibe, profession, and lifestyle
• Explore travel ideas through AI-driven discovery

At present, ONYATRIPS:

• Does not primarily operate as a booking agent, travel operator, or tour provider, unless explicitly stated otherwise for specific services
• Does not guarantee compatibility, safety, or outcomes of user interactions
• Does not currently verify personal identity documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, or other government-issued IDs, unless introduced in the future with appropriate disclosures and consent

2. Eligibility

To use ONYATRIPS, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and truthful information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if eligibility requirements are violated.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3.2 Verification Methods (Important)

Currently, ONYATRIPS verifies users primarily through official institutional or professional email addresses, such as:

• College or university email domains
• Corporate or organizational email domains

This verification:

• Confirms association with an institution or organization
• Does not necessarily confirm personal identity, character, intent, or background
• Is used to enhance platform trust and accountability

ONYATRIPS reserves the right to introduce additional or alternative verification methods in the future, including identity verification through government-issued documents, subject to applicable law and updated disclosures.

3.3 Cooperation With Authorities

In the event of a legal investigation, safety incident, or lawful request, ONYATRIPS may:

• Share verified account information and associated data
• Cooperate with lawful requests from authorities
• Enable authorities to contact relevant institutions or organizations where legally required

Such cooperation will occur only in accordance with applicable laws and valid legal processes.

4. User Conduct & Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

• Impersonate any person or organization
• Provide false or misleading information
• Harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, or harm other users
• Use the Platform for illegal, exploitative, or unsafe activities
• Attempt to extract personal data from other users
• Use ONYATRIPS for dating, solicitation, or commercial promotion except where explicitly permitted by ONYATRIPS

You are solely responsible for your interactions, decisions, and real-world meetings.

• Destination data, recommendations, and experiences may be AI-generated, algorithmically curated, or aggregated
• Content is provided for discovery and inspiration purposes
• Accuracy, availability, pricing, or suitability is not guaranteed

Users should independently verify all information before acting on it.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, algorithms, AI models, and platform features are the exclusive property of ONYATRIPS or its licensors. You may not:

• Copy, scrape, reproduce, or reverse engineer the Platform
• Use ONYATRIPS branding without prior written permission

8. Account Suspension & Termination

ONYATRIPS may suspend or terminate accounts, with or without notice, if:

• These Terms are violated
• Misuse, abuse, or unsafe behavior is detected
• Legal, regulatory, or safety considerations require action

Termination may result in loss of access to data, content, or connections.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ONYATRIPS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for user behavior, third-party content, or offline outcomes
• The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis

Your use of ONYATRIPS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

• What data we collect
• How verification data is used
• How data is stored, processed, and shared lawfully

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.

12. Changes to These Terms (Enhanced Clause)

ONYATRIPS reserves the right to modify, update, introduce, or discontinue any part of these Terms at any time, including but not limited to services, verification methods, partnerships, endorsements, monetization models, and platform features, subject to applicable law and updated disclosures where required.

Continued use of ONYATRIPS after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
